People sometimes ask if they can just build their Max business online.  Is it definitely a great way to help you build outside your local market, however your local market should be where you build first.  If you look at all of the fastest growing teams in Max they are primarily using warm market.  Now it’s not to say that you shouldn’t go online, but start locally first at it’s quicker and easier as you are dealing with people you already have relationships with and you aren’t competing with everyone else online.

Now after you’ve been in the business a good few months and have done your local blast and help your team do their, then is the time to consider supplementing online.  The best advice I can give is to focus on one medium and master it, whether it be PPC, SEO, articles, video, social sites etc, just choose the one that appeals to you the most and focus on being efficient and effective with it.  There can be bit of a learning curve online to be prepared to commit to learning the skills required for a one year period.  The skills you learn here can be applied to any business and are very valuable.

Max has announced some tweaks to the compensation plan that will take effect in December.  The changes are in the rank advancement bonuses and have replaced the fixed cash bonuses with a single Gold advancement global pool bonus, with shares capped at $1000.  Associates have the ability to earn two shares, once for fast-track or initial pay-team qualifying, and an additional share if they have 2 consecutive months of pay-team gold within 6 months of their initial share.  This provides more incentives for getting to the gold rank, which is in the area of a basic full time income.
