Updates to the comp plan

Max has announced some tweaks to the compensation plan that will take effect in December.  The changes are in the rank advancement bonuses and have replaced the fixed cash bonuses with a single Gold advancement global pool bonus, with shares capped at $1000.  Associates have the ability to earn two shares, once for fast-track or initial pay-team qualifying, and an additional share if they have 2 consecutive months of pay-team gold within 6 months of their initial share.  This provides more incentives for getting to the gold rank, which is in the area of a basic full time income.
